This dress is absolutely gorgeous - I highly recommend any dress from BTB as the overall experience was smooth, easy, & flexible.
I am 5'4", 140lbs, and a 36DD chest. Heli sent me 3 different sized tops to ensure I had the right fit for the event, with the largest option fitting me up top. Skirt is one-size fits all and is adjustable in the back.
I received a lot of compliments about the fit, style, and quality of the dress. You can tell it is high quality by the feel of the fabric and the look. I wore this for the groom's Baraat which was followed by a traditional wedding ceremony on the beach. The skirt for this is very heavy, (total UPS package weighs about 10lbs) but it was not that difficult to move or dance in as long as I held up the bottom a bit. I am 5'4" and ended up being barefoot most of the time which caused it to drag if I didn't hold it while moving around. With high heels on, it was just to the ground and I could walk without having to pick it up. With that being said, the skirt comes with something to tie around the back so despite how heavy it was, it didn't fall down my waist because I was able to tie it securely in the back.
I was so sad to return this dress - I wanted to wear it forever :) I felt like a princess. Thank you Heli & BTB team for an awesome experience!
This piece is beautiful, and so truly stunning in person. I received numerous compliments and it was so fun to wear. Just know that the skirt is heavy - it has a layer of wiring/caging almost, and more fabric underneath it that makes it full and adds drama, but is tough to dance in or maneuver easily. I wore this for a Haldi ceremony, so we were sitting mostly which was ideal. This would be tough to wear for an event where you'll be dancing/moving, just keep that in mind.
Also I'm on the shorter side (5'4) and you'd need to wear this with 2.5-3 inch heels, or just be OK with the skirt dragging.
