Frequently Asked Questions
1) Browse through our collection to find the perfect dress for your upcoming occasion. (We can even make a recommendation via e-mail!) Choose your size and delivery date. You can rent a dress for either 4 or 8 days. We recommend choosing a rental date beginning 2 days before your event.
2) You will receive your outfit by your rental start date. We recommend trying everything on the moment you get your package so you can contact us if there are any issues and we’ll do everything we can to resolve them.
3) Please take the packaging to your nearest post office by 12 pm on your rental end date. We’ll take care of everything from there!
We ship orders within the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska. Orders must also be returned from within the U.S. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Sure! If you're shipping to a hotel, please put the hotel name in the company field and the reservation guest in the attention field. Please make sure the hotel concierge is expecting your delivery.
We recommend you take care of returning the dress and not leaving it with your hotel concierge as this may result in late fees if your order is not returned on time.
Normally, we only delivery within the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska. However, depending on the destination country, items to be rented, and timings, we may be able to certain exceptions. Please contact us directly at email@example.com.
We take great care to clean the dresses to make sure you are receiving an extremely hygienic product. The team at our warehouse will clean and press the dresses carefully and inspect them thoroughly before sending them to you.
Please check your inbox for a shipping confirmation e-mail from BTB. This e-mail will contain a tracking number you can check to stay up to date on the status of your order. If you can’t find your tracking number, or you have any questions, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For certain outfits, we will collect a security deposit equal to a small percentage of the dress’s retail price. Underneath each outfit you will find the exact amount of the security deposit.
This security deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days of successfully returning your order to BTB. We will refund the security deposit even if there are minor damages such as drink stains or missing beads. However, if the outfit suffered significant damages which would require high repair costs, we would deduct the cost of this repair from the security deposit that was collected. We will always try to keep the cost of repairs as low as possible.
Minor wear and tear is understandable and we won’t charge you any extra for cleaning/ repair. However, significant damage may result in either your security deposit not being returned and/or you being charged the retail price of the item.
We know it can be disappointing to fall in love with a dress and then not be able to have it. Contact us as soon as you can (email@example.com) and we will do everything we can to see if we can get it for you. We recommend booking at least 4-12 weeks in advance of your rental date to ensure you can rent your dream dress!

For any cancellations made over 14 days before your rental begin date, we can offer a full refund. If you cancel within 14-4 days of your rental begin date, we can offer you a refund in the form of store credit (minus the cost of shipping) which you can apply to a future rental.
E-mail us (email@example.com) as soon as you realize you would like to cancel your order.
Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of receiving your outfit if you would like to return your order. We require all outfits to be returned to the post office within 24 hours. Once we receive the outfit, we will give you a refund in the form of store credit (minus the cost of shipping) which you can apply to a future rental.
Please e-mail email@example.com as soon you can. As long as the outfit is still available, we are happy to change your delivery date.
We do not require a signature for delivery. However, please make sure you always choose a secure shipping address where you package is not likely to get damaged or stolen. BTB is not responsible for stolen or damaged products.
Please pack all items in the original packaging. Also included in your package is a pre-paid label. Place this pre-paid label in the plastic sleeve on the front of your package. Finally, drop off your package to your nearest post office by 12pm on your return date.
A late return is subject to fees at the rate of $50 per day for every day that your order is late. If your item isn’t returned within 10 days, you will be charged 150% of the full retail value of the products.
No worries – simply mail your order back by 12pm the next business day.
A size chart is included under each product page which you can follow. If you are still unsure about your size, we are happy to consult you. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Contact us immediately (email@example.com) if the outfit you ordered doesn’t fit. We can overnight you a replacement and/or accept a return in exchange for store credit (minus the cost of shipping).
Please do not alter your outfit at home. You are welcome to use safety pins to secure your outfit but any damages made may result in losing a portion, or all, of your security deposit.

Normally, this is not allowed. However, we hate saying no so we make an exception on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to reach out to us via e-mail with an offer.
Currently, we do not sell new outfits (we may sell outfits that have been rented alread). You never know what’s around the corner though! ;)
