MY RENTAL IS TOO SMALL!

If your blouse or skirt is too small, please reach out to us via e-mail to discuss the best way to resolve the issue.

MY RENTAL IS TOO BIG! 

If your blouse is too big, click here to see a hack on how to tighten it. 

All skirts come with drawstrings inside so they can be tightened to your exact waist size. Please pull these drawstrings tightly to adjust. 

HOW DO I RETURN MY RENTAL?

Please ship your order back via UPS only. Shipping back via FedEx or USPS will result in your rental getting lost and you will be charged for the full retail price of each outfit you have rented. 

To pack your order: fold up your rental inside the mailing sleeve included. Place the return label in the plastic sleeve and then peel the back of the sleeve to stick it on to your package. Then, take it to a UPS to return it. 

We recommend you hand the package to a store associate and get a receipt to ensure proof of drop off. 

I LOVE MY OUTFIT - CAN I KEEP IT? 

We can occasionally allow renters to keep their outfit. If this is something you’re interested in, please e-mail us before your return date and let us know and we’ll get back to you on price and if it’s possible.
